These terms cover this website. They are not the terms of the cleaning work itself.

Nothing on this site is a price, an offer or a booking. Asking for a quote starts a conversation; the job is agreed between you and us after we have looked at the property.

The pages describe how we work and what a clean covers. They are written to be accurate and are reviewed as things change, but they describe the usual case rather than your property.

Where a page explains what an agent or a property manager checks at a handover, that is our experience of Perth inspections. It is not legal advice and it is not a statement of your obligations under your lease. Your lease and your entry condition report are the documents that decide those.

Photographs of finished work on this site are illustrative unless a page says otherwise.

Every job is priced on the property rather than from a rate card, so no figure exists until we have seen the room count, the condition and the access.

A quote we give you is for the scope described in it. If something is found that was not in that scope, we tell you what it is and what it costs before doing it, not afterwards.

Sending an enquiry does not book anything and does not hold a date. A date is booked when we confirm it with you.

You are welcome to read, print and share these pages. Please do not copy the text or the images onto another site, and please do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people.

The business name, the logo and the page content belong to the business. Everything else stays with whoever owns it.

Some pages link out, for example to a map or to a government or tenancy resource. Those sites are run by other people and we have no control over what they say or do.

We try to keep the site up and correct. We cannot promise it is always available or always current, and a page being temporarily unreachable is not a failure to provide a service you have booked.

If something on the site looks wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia.

Nothing here limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those rights and these terms disagree, the Australian Consumer Law wins.
