The two that get confused are a vacate clean and a deep clean. A deep clean is bigger and costs more; a vacate clean is measured against a document. If you are moving out, the document is the point, and a beautiful deep clean that ignores it can still fail an inspection.
The other one worth knowing: a routine inspection while you are still living there is not a vacate clean and should not be priced like one.

Can I book more than one cleaning service at once?
Yes, and it is usually cheaper than booking them separately, because the crew is already there and the travel is paid for once. Carpets with a vacate clean is the common pairing, and windows and oven are often added to the same visit. Say what you want in one message and it comes back as one quote rather than three.
Which cleaning service do I need before moving out?
An end of lease clean, and carpet cleaning if your lease names it, which most Perth leases do. A deep clean is a different and usually more expensive job that is not measured against your condition report, so it can cost more and still leave you exposed at the final inspection.
Do you do regular house cleaning, or only one off jobs?

A vacate clean is measured against a document, your entry condition report, and it is the one an agent signs off. A deep clean is measured against how the place looks and feels. That makes a deep clean bigger and more expensive in most properties, and it still will not guarantee a handover passes, because it was never aimed at the report.
