Why a page each
The suburb decides the clean more than the floor plan does
Nine of the pages ranking for a Perth suburb vacate clean were read for this build. Every one carries a checklist, a nearby-suburb list and an FAQ. Not one describes the houses in the suburb it is named after.
That is not a small omission, because the house is the job. Four bedrooms in Medina is a 1950s kitchen with unsealed cupboard interiors. Four bedrooms in Butler is a stone benchtop that marks if you use the wrong spray. Four bedrooms in Thornlie is carpet through most of the floor plan and a receipt your agent wants to see.
So each page below says what is actually there and what it costs you at the final inspection. That is the whole idea, and it is why there is a page each rather than one page with sixteen suburb names in it.
